EasyMax.GS has been developed as the ultimate print inspection system aimed at the most demanding applications while maintaining the simple operability of the EasyMax.MC of which we have delivered more than 1,300 units. No other manufacturer has more knowledge or experience in the field of 100% automatic inspection.
We have redesigned and reconstructed the detection algorithm circuitry to push the boundaries of defect detection. The areas of improvement are most noticeable with Streaks, Contrast and Hue Differences. Other new features include Automatic Print Pattern Synchronization, Repeat Length Correction, Selectable Regions of Interest and Density Monitoring to provide improved stable inspection. EasyMax.GS is for the High-End printer who needs to maximize production efficiency while eliminating customer complaints.
Defects are displayed on a monitor showing full web view of the complete repeat, allowing the operator to determine the exact location of the fault. At the same time a close up image of the defect is displayed and its location logged in the Roll Map for immediate print out and the end of each roll. To further automate the inspection process edited roll data can be downloaded to a Rewinder or Slitter. Automatically stopping at each defect allowing removal of the identified waste material.
